Air canada have bad customer service. It took me almost 6 months and lots of phone call to get the compensation due to the delay luaggages. They have to upgrade the customer service to gain more customer.

I found Air Canada easy to book with.
On the website, I appreciate being able to view several days before/after your chosen dates so you can choose the best deal.
I usually purchase tickets during seat sales and have found it easy to check in with all the different options AirCanada provides (web check in, mobile check in etc)

I booked flights via aircanada.com to go to Las Vegas. The prices were very competitive and displayed the available times as well as seats available on the flights. The options were easy to select (luggage, meals, Aeroplan options) and I received my confirmation and e-tickets without a glitch. When we flew out we just checked in online and printed it off and checked in in under 10 minutes.

The Air Canada website is full of great features.. allowing customers to easily find out detailed information about the type of aircraft, highlighting flights on new planes. The seat selection tool is also a great way of seeing where empty seats are.. I also like their e-ticket option, where all I need is my blackberry, instead of a paper ticket/boarding pass..

The website is generally easy to navigate and I like that they now list the type of aircraft along with the flight so you know which aircraft you will be flying on. Seat selection was also easy to do.
