I ordered a set of Sennheiser HD555's for a great price on the Sunday, came home from work on Tuesday night and they had already been delivered. Shipping was a reasonable amount.
Great price, great service (two day turnaround time!!!)

Received an open box, missing accessories and the product already registered with another user on supplier web site, so completely unusable. No response at all from sales dept. Going to Small Claims Court soon.

Great price and merchant answered my email questions promptly.
Scarcity of information about shipping on their website. Merchant did a drop ship from a US warehouse to my location in Montreal but, as promised, did not incur customs brokerage fees. On the other hand, shipping took 6 days.
Overall, good experience and would deal with them again.

I bought A-3640RB Speakers, they didn’t shipped it after 2 weeks until I called them 9 times, No response just voice mailbox until their mailbox got full, I sent them couple of emails no response, in the last email I mentioned that I will cancel the transaction through credit card company, finally they called me and shipped me the wrong speaker, I ordered 110W speakers they shipped me 60W speakers (wrong information on their website), call after call, no response, save yourself and don’t deal with them.

I ordered a digital picture frame in November and after 10 emails they inform me THEY are cancelling the order (Jan. 29). No compensation or anything, just dropped the order. No customer service. BEWARE!
