Processing/shipping very fast; available quantity is usually very up to date. I think I only ordered one item that was backordered that I cancelled afterwards.

Shopping is not super cheap, but if you're shopping for young folks, they do ship with boxes and paper to give you a really presentable gift.
Scored some decent tote bags and shirts for family and friends, and continue to monitor the 'clearance'.

Having ordered from Abercrombie and abercrombie since about 2003 I have always had a great experience with it. The items would come either UPS or Purolator. Why I think Abercrombie is fantastic for ordering online is that once I ordered a denim skirt and got hit with huge duty and brokerage fees from UPS. I alerted Abercrombie as it was not stated on their website at the time. They understood my concern and actually mailed me a cheque for the unexpected costs. I was truly amazed at their willingness to do this without having to even ask for a refund.

Regular addition of items to "clearance" section. Shipping is super fast (within 2 days). Shipping a little pricy but worth it if you're buying sale items.

Great service and easy to order and update an existing order. I was able to add one additional item after I completed an order via the phone with extreme ease. Sizing on women's clothing tends to be a little inconsistent though. A "small" in one item maybe a little too "small" in another item. Be aware of the fine print when they say 'classic fit', 'easy fit', etc ... Shipping is a little steep, wish they had one set shipping charge or free shipping over xxx dollars.

I called in to get a credit back for them over pricing me on shipping charges. as well they sent me the wrong item..
